A 6-week high-impact group coaching experience for youth & young adult athletes.

Is your athlete ready to level up?

Whether they’re trying to stand out on the field, prepare for tryouts, or get faster and stronger during the off-season — this program is designed to help them break through.

In just 6 weeks, we’ll develop:

  • Explosive speed & first-step quickness

  • Footwork, agility, and reaction time

  • Functional strength & injury prevention

  • Game-day confidence and leadership

  • Nutrition, recovery, and mental toughness habits

    This is more than just a workout. It’s a system for long-term performance and personal growth.

START DATE = JUNE 24th - July 31. Spaces are LIMITED

Who is this program designed for?

  • Youth & young adult athletes (ages 8 to 18)

  • Athletes preparing for football, basketball, soccer, baseball, volleyball or track

  • Anyone looking to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and build discipline

  • Beginner to advanced — all levels welcome

Duration: 6 Weeks

Sessions Per Week:
2 in-person group sessions (45–60 min)
