A 6-week high-impact group coaching experience for youth & young adult athletes.

Whether they’re trying to stand out on the field, prepare for tryouts, or get faster and stronger during the off-season — this program is designed to help them break through.
In just 6 weeks, we’ll develop:
Explosive speed & first-step quickness
Footwork, agility, and reaction time
Functional strength & injury prevention
Game-day confidence and leadership
Nutrition, recovery, and mental toughness habits
This is more than just a workout. It’s a system for long-term performance and personal growth.

Who is this program designed for?
Youth & young adult athletes (ages 8 to 18)
Athletes preparing for football, basketball, soccer, baseball, volleyball or track
Anyone looking to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and build discipline
Beginner to advanced — all levels welcome

Duration: 6 Weeks
Sessions Per Week:
2 in-person group sessions (45–60 min)
